A national innovation platform enabling citizens to share ideas, report problems, and collaborate on solutions — built after winning a national hackathon.
Naykap Gokab was created to address a critical gap: citizens lacked a structured way to report local issues and contribute ideas for improvement.
Initially developed under a UNDP initiative and later transitioned to government ownership, the platform centralizes public participation through issue reporting, collaborative problem-solving, and official announcements.
The system was designed to transform fragmented communication into a structured, accessible, and collaborative digital environment that encourages civic engagement.

Technical Implementation
Building a fully functional platform under extreme time pressure during a three-day hackathon, while adapting to rapidly changing requirements and evolving design decisions.
"Working under intense constraints revealed how much clarity and execution can be achieved under pressure, strengthening adaptability and problem-solving speed."
